As an Ohio non-profit corporation with IRS tax-exempt status as a 501(c) (3), HCCDC receives funding from a broad range of sources, including Upper Arlington Lutheran Church (UALC), private donors, and government and private grants. Thus, integrity, stewardship and fiscal accountability are critical, and all project/program funding and expenditures must be carefully recorded and reported. These requirements imply:

• Reporting for the stewardship of project/program resources by those responsible for them.
• Accounting for projects/programs to funding entities, and conforming to the requirements of each funding source.
• Audited financial reporting through sophisticated systems by expert personnel.
